Skoda is all set to take the Indian market by storm with the launch of its new compact SUV, which will be under 4 meters in length. The name of the car has not been revealed yet, but it has been spotted during testing.

The new SUV is expected to rival the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Tata Nexon. These initial spy photos posted on Facebook give us a glimpse of the design of the upcoming Skoda SUV.

At first glance, it seems that it may have features similar to the existing Kushaq SUV. Its taillights look exactly like the Kushaq.

Some special things have been seen in these spy images of the upcoming sub-4 meter SUV of Skoda. In which the headlights are divided into two parts, there are LED daytime running lights (DRLs) on the top which are placed on both sides of Skoda’s butterfly grille. There is a large air intake in the lower part of the front bumper.

It has roof rails for carrying luggage on the roof. It also has good looking alloy wheels.

The upcoming compact sub-4-meter SUV will join Skoda’s existing Kodiaq, Kushaq, Slavia and Superb cars in the Indian market. This new SUV is said to be Skoda’s fifth model. It will be based on the MQB-A0-IN platform, which is a version of Volkswagen Group’s MQB-AO platform specially designed for India.

The new Skoda SUV is expected to be packed with features, with a special focus on safety. Skoda’s new compact SUV could be launched in the first half of next year. However, it is not yet known at what price Skoda will launch its new SUV.
